Only in America as they say. Nicole Richie sent her friends invitations to a Memorial Day party she was hosting last Thursday and it reads something like this:
My fellows Americans its that time of year
To celebrate our country by drinking massive amounts
of beer
Let’s stand together as one, live the American dream
Take shots, pass out, & wake up with our pants
ripped open at the seams
Let’s glorify this day in your sluttiest tops and your
tightest pair of Tsubi jeans
Even though we have no clue what Memorial day means!!!There will be a scale at the front door. No girls over 100 pounds
allowed in. Start starving yourself now!
Such poetic elegance, spoken like a true anorexic!
It is also rumoured that at this party OC star Mischa Barton mixed her booze and drugs. Sources indicate she basically overdosed. A friend at the party quoted “She was rolling around on the ground… and then suddenly she began screaming that she was dying.” but in true Hollywood style, Mischa’s rep denies this event.
And to think today’s girls look up to and idolize girls such as Nicole Richie and Mischa Barton when in actual fact they are simply the epitome of health.
And that just about warps up my rant for this week / month.
